Hoopla Membership

You must have a library membership. If you do not have one you can apply for an eCard on our Website. The eCard level of membership will allow you to access digital services. The standard library membership will require you to visit the library.

For a Hoopla membership: Go to http://acfpl.org -> "click" on the Hoopla link (right side of the page)->"click" on "get started today"

Please fill out the information and again, you will need your library barcode number.
